As we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, I want to be sure we continue to be transparent in our communication and keep you updated on recent developments and how we are addressing the current situation with all the proactive steps and measures we are taking to minimize any negative repercussions on this continuity of our businesses.Your health, wellness and safety is of our highest priority . We know you may have concerns about the coronavirus, so I wanted to personally reach out and take a moment to let you know what steps we are taking to keep both, you and our team, safe and healthy. 
 
For the last few weeks, we have been closely monitoring and preparing for all the possible scenarios and ensuring we have the right plans and resources in place. Since future challenges from COVID-19 could disrupt critical organizational functions, we are developing contingency plans to make sure we have a seamless and non-disrupted operation.

We uphold the highest standards for hygiene and sanitation, paying special attention to effective hand-washing, using personal protective equipment to prevent contamination, and ensuring strict adherence to all rules and policies.  

All our printing professionals team are fully Vaccinated.

No staff or suppliers enter our printing press in dubai or tshirt printing manufacturing in dubai or digital printing dubai facilities without undergoing our strict checks which have always included:

- wearing disposable gloves

- wearing reuseable facecovers

and recently, we’ve added:

- temperature checks upon entry 

- 70% alcohol based, surgical grade, hand sanitizers at every contact point.

This includes all surfaces and equipment that are used for food production and that are part of the facility. There are a number of measures we are implementing in accordance with the guidance of the UAE Ministry of Health, the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Standards and our internal compliance to ensure we manage to safely get through this situation while continuing to serve our community and customers effectively.
 
For our desk-level employees, we’ve asked them to partially start working from home; We have also requested our employees to curtail non-essential travel; If the travel is to happen (for emergencies), the respective employee will voluntary enter a self-quarantine period for 2 weeks upon their arrival before returning to work and subject to a medical clearance. We have been encouraging virtual meetings and restricted the access to our facilities to a very few numbers of staffs. Our staffs are being regularly checked for any increase in their temperature and for any development of flu symptoms. Daily informative Podcasts & Videos are being shared with our  employees educating them about advanced hygiene & precautions’ methods.
We have activated our internal protocols for the past 2 weeks; Our facilities are regularly being sanitized and this includes the cleaning of common areas, storage space, offices, fleet and accommodation while ensuring that the cleaning team is being diligent in executing such deep cleaning guidelines. 
 
We believe that the situation with COVID-19 is evolving quickly but we remain positive and dedicated to help with the spread of the virus since we believed that such responsibility starts with every individual.
